Outside-the-Box analysis

Our Europe Professional Services Team was tasked with identifying the ultimate red (UBO) of a holding company, which only had limited corporate registry information. Analysing social media postings and cross-referencing across all the available data – including names of key management staff, we were able to identify several potential UBOs. Our team consulted with the client in order to conduct enhanced false-positive and false-negative analysis.

Our team demonstrated to the client that we have real people, not just data crawlers working on due diligence reporting. The data itself only brings you so far, especially in non-transparent jurisdictions.
