Webinar: ISO 37001: The good, bad and the ugly

The ISO 37001: Anti-Bribery Management Systems standard was created by anti-bribery experts from over 40 countries and is deliberately legislative agnostic.  Under ISO 37001, organisations may therefore develop a single anti-bribery programme without adjusting for jurisdictional inconsistencies.

In addition, building an anti-bribery programme using the ISO 37001 requirements will also, in most instances, meet national regulatory requirements including those of the FCPA and the UK Bribery Act.

During this webinar, we debunk the myths and remove the confusion that exists surrounding ISO 37001 and the certification process.

Key takeaways will include:

  • Understand what ISO 37001 can and can’t achieve for your organisation
  • Appreciate how the certification process works
  • Be able to determine if ISO 37001 and certification is appropriate for your organisation
  • Gain insights into how ISO 37001 certification will impact the supply chain
